When you find your self in such kind of scenario, do ask your server administrator to modify some properties of WHM.
Ask you server admin to change the settings in “Tweak Settings” >”Domains”
Allow Remote Domains > enable it
It will allow a user to create a parked/addon domains which even resolve to other servers but by allowing this option server could be under a huge security issue. So it is not recommended but in case if you have to enable it, do it once and just after creating a deleted addon, do disable it again.
Allow unregistered domains >enable it
By enabling “Allow unregistered domains” your user can add also those domains which are not even registered, so that option must not be allowed for common users
