Steps How to Configure Email Account in Outlook 2010

Open Outlook 2010. If the Microsoft Outlook 2010 Startup wizard displays automatically, on the first page of the wizard, click Next. Then, on the Email Accounts page of the wizard, click Next again to set up an email account.
If the Microsoft Outlook 2010 Startup wizard doesn’t appear, on the Outlook 2010 toolbar, click the Filetab. You will see this page,

Then, just above the Account Settings button, click Add Account.

After click on Add Account you will reach the information page, now your need to enter Required Detail or click in the Redio Button of Manually configure server setting or additional server type. Then press Next button.

Check the Radio Button of Internet Email as shown in blew. Then press Next Button.

Now Fill the form with your correct detail.

After Enter your Complete Detail Click on More Settings Button. Your will see this page,

In this page you need to verify your Incoming POP3 Port and outgoing (SMTP) Port. Your InComing port must be 110 and Outgoing port must be 25 or 26 its depend on your service provider. And in this window you can set the backup duration as shown blew.

Click on Ok button for save the setting. Now you will again reach at this page,

Now Click on Next now this window will be appear in your desktop.

Now Click on Close button. After it your will reach this page,
