Case of Error;

You face this error when Email Setting of your Webmail is not working fine.

Solutions,:

We can remove this problem following these steps.

1: First of all we need to login in domain control penal of admin Penal of Plesk Parallels Server. When we login we can see blew page.

2: Now clink on mails. Now we need to move on change setting, see blew Page

Now you need to refresh your mail setting for refresh in the front of webmail you can find a field in this field you can check on word is shown, “None”.

If the situation is same then you need to active it, for activation you need to set horde, Smart mail, mail Enable etc,

Then press Ok, after a short time your mail service will be activated,

If in front of Webmail already mails are activated then your need to set None then press OK. After this your mails will be blocked then you need to again activated your mails by set horde, Smart mail, mail Enable etc, in the front of Webmail. After this your Webmail is working fine.

If your error is same then you need to contact to your Hosting Provider Company,

If you are a hosting service provider Company and facing these issue in customer account then you need to suspend this account and activated again, after it your problem will be resolved.
