When you create a domain in plesk and while creation, due to any reason creation of domain disturbed, it is a parallel plesk bug but if you even become successful to create that domain, it does not work properly, what you can do in those circumstances?
Simply create a ticket to parallel plesk or to the data centre and ask them to do the following
1. Give them your main ip address of the server as 123.22.22.256 and point the dns of your data centre to your domain like my.privatedns.com and your.privatedns.com (for iweb.com) on domain registrar end, and ask your data centre to create reverse DNS (PTR record) for your domain.
When they will create these records, you have to wait at least for 4 hours to complete the process of propagation.
After that your domain would be alive on the net.
That practice atleast allow you to show off your domain on net and allow you to save changes online on your domain.
