Measuring Latency Before You Commit to a Country

Distance on a map is only a rough guide to how fast a server will feel. Internet traffic follows cable routes and peering agreements, so a city next door can sometimes be slower than one further away that sits on a major submarine system. Before ordering, ask a few of your real users to run a ping or traceroute to the test addresses listed on each location page, or use a browser-based latency checker from the places that matter most. Look at the round-trip time and how much it varies, not only the lowest figure. For websites, anything under roughly 80 milliseconds feels instant to most visitors, while remote desktops and trading tools benefit from even lower and steadier numbers. If two countries score similarly, choose the one whose IP address local services and search engines will treat as domestic.

Running Several Countries From One Client Account

Many customers start with a single server and later add a second or third location as their audience spreads. You can manage all of them from the same client area: invoices, renewals, reinstall requests and support tickets sit in one place, whatever the mix of VPS, remote desktops and dedicated machines. It helps to adopt a naming scheme early, for example including the country code and purpose in each hostname, so that colleagues know at a glance which machine serves which market. Keep a simple inventory of IP addresses, operating systems and renewal dates in a shared document. When you later need to retire or upgrade a location, that record saves hours of detective work and avoids paying for a server nobody remembers setting up.

Sharing Server Access Safely Within a Team

As soon as more than one person logs in, passwords passed around in chat become a risk. Give each person their own account on the server rather than sharing root or the main Administrator login, and remove accounts the day someone leaves. On Linux, SSH keys protected by a passphrase are far safer than passwords, and on Windows a long unique password per user with account lockout enabled blocks most guessing attempts. Store credentials in a team password manager instead of spreadsheets. Restrict remote access to known IP addresses where your workflow allows it, and review login logs now and then for unfamiliar sources. These habits cost little time and prevent the most common way small businesses lose control of a server.

Budgeting for Hosting as a Project Grows

Hosting costs are easiest to manage when you plan for growth instead of reacting to it. Start with the smallest plan that comfortably runs your software today, then watch three numbers each month: processor load at busy times, memory in use and data transferred. When any of them regularly sits above about seventy percent of the plan, schedule an upgrade before customers notice a slowdown. Upgrading within the same location usually keeps your address and data, which avoids migration work. For seasonal businesses, note the months when traffic peaks so that extra capacity is in place beforehand. Comparing the monthly price of two smaller servers in different countries against one larger machine can also reveal a cheaper and more resilient arrangement.

Questions Before You Order

Short answers to the questions new customers ask most. Each location page also answers questions specific to that country.

Which product should I choose: VPS, RDP or dedicated server?

Choose a VPS if you want to host websites, applications or development projects and are comfortable managing a Linux or Windows server. Choose a remote desktop (RDP) if you mainly need a ready-to-use Windows computer with a local IP address, for example to reach banks, government portals or marketplaces in another country. Choose a dedicated server when your workload needs an entire physical machine, such as large databases, virtualisation clusters, game servers or high-traffic stores. Each product page explains the differences in more detail, and our team can recommend an option if you describe your project.

Why does the server location matter?

Location affects three things: speed, trust and compliance. A server close to your users answers requests faster, which improves page load times and the responsiveness of remote desktops. A local IP address is treated as domestic by banks, payment providers, government services and search engines, which matters for many businesses and individuals. Finally, some industries and contracts require data to stay inside a particular country. That is why we offer servers in many smaller markets as well as the major internet hubs.

How quickly are servers delivered?

Most VPS and RDP orders are ready within minutes to a few hours after payment confirmation, depending on the location. Dedicated servers usually take from a few hours to a few business days, depending on hardware availability and the configuration you choose. The expected delivery time is listed on each location page, and you receive your login details by email as soon as the server is ready.

Do I get full root or Administrator access?

Yes. VPS and dedicated servers come with full root access on Linux or the Administrator account on Windows, and every remote desktop includes Administrator rights. You can install the software you need, configure firewalls and manage users yourself. Our services are unmanaged by default, which means you control the system while our engineers look after the hardware, network and reinstalls on request.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and selected cryptocurrencies. Prices are listed in US dollars per month, and many plans can also be prepaid for longer periods. Monthly plans have no long-term contract, so you can cancel at the end of any billing period from your client area.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?

Open a ticket from the client area or the Submit a Ticket button at the top of every page. Our engineers respond around the clock to requests such as reboots, reinstalls, network problems and billing questions. For urgent issues, include your service details and a short description of what you see, and we will prioritise the request.
