Who we are

SERVERSLOT LTD is a technology company registered in England and Wales (Company No 17062538) that provides server infrastructure to customers around the world. We supply unmanaged KVM virtual private servers, Windows remote desktops and bare-metal dedicated servers, delivered online and billed monthly in US dollars.

Our customers include developers, small businesses, agencies, traders, researchers and anyone who needs a server in a particular country. Many come to us because they need an IP address and a machine in a specific location, whether that is close to their own users, close to a trading venue or exchange, or inside a market they want to test. Our role is to make that infrastructure easy to order, quick to deliver and straightforward to manage.

We work with established data centre and network partners in each region and provision services on their hardware. This lets us offer a wide choice of locations from a single account, with one billing relationship and one support channel.

How we work

All of our services are unmanaged. This keeps prices low and gives you complete control over your server. In practice, responsibilities are divided as follows:

• You manage the software: the operating system configuration, applications, updates, firewall rules, security hardening, backups and the content you host.
• We manage the platform: the physical hardware, power, network connectivity and the virtualisation layer, and we carry out reboots and operating system reinstalls on request.

Orders are placed and paid for through our client area. After payment has been verified, VPS and RDP services are usually delivered within minutes and no later than 24 hours. Dedicated servers are built to order and normally take from a few hours to a few business days, depending on the location and configuration. Login details are sent to the email address registered on your account.

We accept payment by card (processed by Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Services are billed monthly, and some plans can be prepaid for a longer term.

Support is provided through our ticket system, which keeps a written record of every request. If you are unsure which product, location or specification is right for your project, we recommend opening a pre-sales ticket before you order.

Global footprint

Our network of partner facilities covers Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania and Africa. Today we offer VPS hosting in about 109 locations, Windows RDP in 74 countries and dedicated servers in 26 countries, and we add new locations as reliable capacity becomes available. Each service page lists the countries currently on offer so you can choose the location that suits your audience or use case.
